Appointment Policy
To provide the best care for all patients and ensure adequate time for surgical procedures, we primarily operate by appointment. Emergency cases are always given top priority, which may occasionally cause delays in scheduled appointments. For urgent needs, we offer same-day emergency appointments; please note that an additional fee applies.
We make every effort to see clients on time and appreciate your understanding. For the safety of all pets, we require that vaccinations be current. While we strive to make visits as comfortable as possible, pets may feel uneasy in new environments or around other animals. For this reason, we ask that all pets be properly restrained—dogs on a leash and cats or small pets in carriers—before entering the waiting area.
